We run giveaways to give back to the community and keep things fun. Each giveaway clearly shows what the prize is, how to enter, and when it ends. There’s no hidden catch and no surprise requirements.
You don’t need to buy anything to enter unless we clearly say so. Winners are chosen fairly, contacted directly, and prizes are shipped as described. Shipping is available worldwide where allowed, though any customs or import fees are the winner’s responsibility.
Our giveaways are run independently by HaruKpop and aren’t sponsored or endorsed by any K-pop artists, entertainment companies, or social media platforms.
If anything changes or there’s a delay, we’ll say so. We’d rather be upfront than vague.

Who Can Enter
You can enter as long as:

You can receive international shipments
If giveaways aren’t legal where you live, unfortunately you’ll need to sit that one out. That part is out of our hands.
How to Enter
Each giveaway lists exactly how to enter. Follow the steps shown and you’re in.
You don’t need to make a purchase to enter unless we clearly say otherwise. Duplicate, automated, or fake entries may be removed to keep things fair.
Giveaway Timing
Every giveaway has a start and end date. Once the deadline passes, entries are closed and we move on to selecting a winner.
Late entries aren’t counted, even if they were close. We have to draw a line somewhere.
Prizes
Prize details and estimated value are always listed on the giveaway page.
Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash and aren’t transferable. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with something of equal or greater value.
If your country charges customs fees or import taxes, those are your responsibility.
How Winners Are Chosen
Winners are chosen fairly based on the rules listed for that giveaway, most often through a random draw from valid entries.
The more entries there are, the longer the odds. That’s just math.
Winner Notification
Winners are contacted directly using the contact info provided during entry.
If we don’t hear back within the stated time, we may choose a new winner so the giveaway can move forward.
Shipping & Delivery
Prizes are shipped after the winner confirms their details. Delivery times vary depending on location, customs, and shipping carriers.
Privacy & Data Use
We only use entry information to run the giveaway and contact winners, in line with our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell giveaway entry data.
Changes & Cancellations
If something unexpected affects a giveaway’s fairness or logistics, we reserve the right to make changes or cancel it. If that happens, we’ll update the giveaway page with the details.
