Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries. If we’re unable to ship to your location for any reason, you’ll see that at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on where you’re located. Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 7–21 business days. International orders may take longer due to customs or local carriers.
We know waiting is the worst. We appreciate your patience.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. You’ll always see the full shipping cost before placing your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package along the way.
Tracking updates may take a little time to appear, especially for international shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International shipping times can vary, and delays may occur due to customs processing in your country.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
What if my order is delayed?

What if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows your package is lost or hasn’t moved for an extended period, contact us with your order number. We’ll look into it and help you figure out next steps.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That’s never fun. If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can help resolve it.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped, but we’ll try if timing allows.
